The main camp has an impressive thatched living and dining area surrounded by five en-suite thatched chalets. Little Tuningi is a separate camp, which accommodates six.

Exclusivity and privacy allow you to catch up on your quiet time by selecting a book from the library and settle down in the lounge, or on one of the outside decks to read.

Relax in your romantic bedroom with en-suite bathroom and panoramic views of the surrounding bush. Each bedroom and bathroom has its own fireplace that is lit on your return from an evening game drive, or when you retire to bed at night in winter. While in summer the rooms are cooled down with colonial fans, or air-conditioning. Each bedroom suite has its own private deck to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the bush on your own. The understated luxury flawlessly compliments your untamed surroundings.

Rise early to be guided by a private ranger either on foot or in an open game viewer in search of the Big Five - for which the reserve is renowned. Lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard are sighted frequently - and of course the famous wild dog.

Relax next to the pool and enjoy watching the game coming down to the waterhole.

The boma is the perfect place to enjoy dinner next to a blazing fire, or gaze at the stars above the canopy of trees after your evening game drive. Choose your own wine to accompany your meal from the extensive wine cellar.
